Lead times
Configurator selections show indicative stock status and lead times per component. Configurations using in-stock parts can typically be fulfilled faster than builds requiring specialist or back-order items. Your sales contact will confirm an expected ship date before you place an order.
Shipping methods
Server hardware is shipped using insured courier services suitable for rack and tower systems. Large or palletised deliveries may require a booked delivery slot. We will advise if special handling is required for your order.
Delivery address
We ship to commercial addresses within the UK. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect goods on delivery. Report transit damage within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of packaging and product.
